Modern, tidy hotel, every detail here was really good. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with a view from the window, contemporary style design and a portable heater was ready. Besides, the location was prime and best possible for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Near Narinder Cinema. The property restaurant was good for cozy atmosphere.

We had 9 memorable days here, recommend the place. We got a room with a bathtub. Its location good in nature was favourable and absolutely perfect.

The restaurant staff, like Ravinder, Preety and Priya, are really helpful, and the food standards of the main restaurant - Cafe 181 - are to a high standard. The spacious rooms, cleaned every day, come with special mention to Nisha.

The laundry service is lacking in professionalism and my clothes went missing.

The breakfast had a variety of options, and there was always someone available to help you with customized dishes. The hotel was located in a convenient spot close to public transport and shops, which made it easy to get around. the hotel had a fantastic gym with new equipment that I enjoyed using during my stay.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were some stains on the carpet that seemed to have been there for quite some time, and the bathroom needed some detailed cleaning.
